At smartpenny, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is our standard shipping policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak periods (holiday seasons, promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time & Rates

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (rates calculated at checkout based on destination).
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days — available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly using the link provided in the email.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–15 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. smartpenny is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@smartpenny2.myshopify.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
